How should I care for my boutonniere?

To keep your boutonniere looking its best, after use, always stow it in its box. Storing the boutonniere away from direct sunlight will prevent the fabric color from fading. We do not recommend washing or laundering your boutonniere.

Where are the boutonnieres made?

At Lapel Atelier, we are proud that every one of our boutonnieres is hand-crafted in London, England. Because they are made by hand one at a time, no two Lapel Atelier boutonnieres will be exactly the same. Each stitch reflects the artistry and skill of our craftspeople, and we hope you too love that your boutonniere is one of a kind.



How do I track my order?

To track your order you will need the tracking number that we sent to you in your order confirmation email. If you have lost your tracking number, simply log in to your account, and select the order. You can then retrieve the information required to view the status of your order.

How is the item delivered?

We offer FREE standard delivery worldwide on all orders. We aim to dispatch orders within 1-4 working days once payment is received. Items are sent via Parcel Force within the UK and by FedEx airmail for all our orders placed overseas. Please allow 2-5 working days from dispatch for delivery within the UK, 5-7 working days for European countries, and 7-15 working days for all other countries.

For international orders, we also offer a tracking service (additional costs apply), which takes 3-7 working days for Europe, and 5-10 working days elsewhere.

How is my payment processed?

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not for any reason, authorize payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check out stage.

If my item is damaged in transit, how do I return it?

As our boutonnieres are handcrafted, we take great efforts to ensure they are well packaged prior to shipping. However, if for some reason your item is damaged in transit, you can return it by post within three days of receipt; please indicate whether you would like a replacement or a refund. Returned items must be returned in their original packaging with any enclosed documentation, and your purchase will be exchanged or refunded.

We will issue a full refund once the damaged item is received at our workshop. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and either the replacement item has been dispatched or your refund has been processed.

Please note that it may take 3-5 working days for the refund to show in your account. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact us with your order number, postcode, and new card details.

How do I create an account?

Creating an account will only take a minute and once set up you'll be able to check out faster, track your order, and request a return. Just click on "My Account" at the top of the page to register or sign into your account.

How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your password you can reset it via the email address you used to create your account. Simply click on "My Account" then on the link "Forgot your password".

When you make a purchase from Lapel Atelier, we may occasionally update you on our latest products and news via e-mail. We would like to assure you that we will not pass your details to any third parties. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of the email.



How is my information used?

We may use personal information provided by you in order to fulfill necessary anti-fraud checks. This information may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information. This is done only to confirm the identity for security purposes.

Will you share my information?
